By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any bet through the 663but platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and a valid Pakistani mobile number (registered with a network such as Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong or Warid).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 663but login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 663but will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 663but reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawal requests. Documents that may be requested include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identity document.
663but accepts deposits through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and USDT via the TRC20 network. Additional payment methods may be made available and will be communicated on the Platform.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned to the originating payment source, subject to verification, and no betting activity may be funded from such deposits.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 663but does not charge a platform fee on JazzCash or Easypaisa deposits. USDT TRC20 deposits are accepted with no platform-side conversion fee, though network fees applicable to the TRC20 blockchain are the responsibility of the User.
663but reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual in size or frequency, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification being complete. 663but does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval, subject to verification status. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.
663but reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account abuse or violation of these Terms. In such cases, 663but will notify the account holder via their registered contact details.
Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied, in accordance with the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion.
663but may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers and other incentives from time to time. Each promotional offer will be governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

Settlement of sports bets will be based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB events, ICC for international fixtures). In cases of dispute, 663but's decision on bet settlement will be final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 663but Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the 663but Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, data feeds and user interface designs, is the property of 663but or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish or otherwise exploit any content from the 663but Platform without prior written authorisation from 663but.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 663but shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.
663but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected immediately. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. 663but will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
Gambling involves financial risk. 663but accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through betting activity on the Platform. You participate at your own risk and with full awareness that you may lose your deposited funds.
663but collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
663but does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities as required by applicable obligations.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 663but is registered and operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by 663but's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable under the laws of your country of residence.
